The Language of the Arts

In a world full of different cultures, diversities and languages we are all learning and becoming a unified people, with an open mindedness to what we are not familiar with.

But there is a language that unifies us all; it’s the language of arts/crafts and musical performances.

Seeing the way people relate to one another and communicate through music and the arts is heavenly. Not too long ago was I introduced to a phenomenon that is being felt throughout the creative arts industry. I discovered the wonderful world of “Word Made Flesh Productions“, a form of creative arts where “Actions Always Speak Louder Than Words!.

The art form was put together by the creative soul of Tristan Barrocks, who communicates with the heart of god through his miming and artistic performances. I have repeatedly watched the art of miming — it seems so simple and perfect, and seems to be able to reach into the hearts of many and bring out of them what they never knew was there.

Word Made Flesh Productions believes that the arts are an awesome tool to communicate God’s heart to His people, which is ALL people!

As an artist, I search for constructive ways into the hearts of people. But when art & theatre comes together, there’s no stopping the emotions that are experienced. I am excited to be a part of this weekend’s event “New Renaissance 2 – Where Art Meets God”. The Workshop takes place November 5th and 6th (admission is free) and the performance takes place Saturday November 6th and only costs $15 if you’re over 17 and $10 if you’re 17 and younger.
