Sway magazine, a glossy lifestyle magazine celebrating Canada’s black cultural heritage, has an opening for a dynamic sales professional to complement its growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales programs that meet client’s business needs while maintaining good customer relations. You will also prospect new business through researching advertisers and reviewing new businesses in the area. You will use your strong written and verbal skills to create proposals that illustrate how the sales program will meet their business needs. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is results oriented, ambitious and driven by success.

Qualifications must include:
• a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in an advertising or media sales role
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly targets
• Superior presentation and communication skills
• Post Secondary Education in Business and/or Marketing
