Black Daddies Club Weekly: African-Centered Fatherhood

The Black Daddies Club (BDC) was founded in 2007 by Brandon Hay in response to the lack of forums and spaces for Black men to discuss parenting issues as well as the issues facing the Black Community as a whole.

Each week, Black Daddies Club members will contribute an article detailing their own personal experiences with fatherhood.

Cole World in Toronto

On Dec 3rd Roc Nation artist J. Cole took the stage in a sold out show at Sound Academy.

The line outside the venue, about four people wide and extending for a 100 or so meters, was visible as soon as you turned onto Polson Street. Concertgoers huddled together in the stinging early winter air hours before the doors opened to see an artist who has yet to release an official album.
