From Avatar to Avon

Rising star and Avatar leading lady Zoe Saldana isn’t wearing and blue makeup for her latest gig.  She was recently named the newest face of Avon.  According to People magazine, Saldana will be fronting Avon’s latest fragrance, Eternal Magic.  The company says the perfume takes inspiration from the rare Princess of Monaco rose.  Saldana recently commented on the honour of being a spokesperson: It means so much to to be associated with a company that shares my values and believes in empowering women.  Saldana, who follows in the footsteps of Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Hudson, will also be featured in the company’s brochure as a face of Avon’s colour cosmetics collection.
